Version 1.5 Curriculum Transition Guidance
Guidance to clarify the transition period between version 1.4 and version 1.5 of the 2021 anaesthetic curriculum.
This document also summarises the changes to each HALO at each stage.

Reimbursement of Exam Fees
An interim statement has been published on the academy of medical royal colleges website about the planned reiumbursement of examination fees.
This will apply to 2 sittings of all anaesthetic exams taken after April 2026: FRCA, FCICM and FFPMRCA.
You can claim if you paid before April 2026, providing the exam sitting was from April 2026 onwards.
The process by which you can claim is still being finalised and more information will be sent when it is known.
