EDUCATIONAL AGREEMENT

The Gold Guide to training recommends that a doctor in a training programme has an Educational Agreement, and that this is discussed with their educational supervisor. The educational agreement below, prepared by the head of school, aims to remind doctors in the training programme of the “Conditions of Joining a Training Programme” that was signed via TIS when starting in training.

During your first supervisory meeting in each trust, please discuss the educational agreement with your educational supervisor.
